Wanted: single 24 year old,looking for refutable housing in Owen Sound, Ontario

prefer utilities included, good with pets, children doesn't make a difference. i am a smoker but will gladly smoke out doors if it's an issue. parking preferred will have a small car in next couple of weeks. prefer not in downtown, but open to if other requirements met.
